ER&M specialise in the recruitment of Healthcare & Education professionals for our clients. We have a wealth of knowledge and extensive contacts in this area. Over the past twenty-two years we have built up excellent relationships with the local and regional media and the majority of Irish Universities and Colleges which offer Nursing Courses.
Universities and Colleges are aware that ER&M is not a Recruitment Agency and that we have the best interests of their students at heart. We strive to ensure that Newly Qualified Nurses are appointed to suitable hospitals in which their career entry needs are met.
As a result of the trust which has evolved between ER&M and the various HEIs, we are frequently invited to deliver presentations to final year Nursing students, organise information days and attend recruitment events. Careers Advisors frequently contact us for information and often refer students to us for advice and guidance regarding nursing opportunities outside Ireland.
